Developed proposal solutions to support government contracts. Developed various documents for use in controlling the proposal process, including proposal overviews for use in bid-no bid decisions, proposal schedules with delegated writing assignments, proposal requirements matrices, staffing equivalents and risk assessment and mitigation tables. Successfully managed the proposal process for a $22M dollar and a $21M dollar contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Systems (CMS) to provide integrity services for the new Medicare Prescription Drug Program, and Medicare Error Rates (a CMS initiative to recoup payments). Also won the Medicare Rx Integrity Contractors (MEDIC) proposal to identify and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse in the new Medicare Prescription Drug Program.

Created and maintained Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Formulated and documented Help Desk, Project Management and Performance Measurement processes. Created and maintained an integrated Microsoft Project plan for EDG, which included requirements management and standardized software development lifecycle (SDLC) components, task dates and resource assignments, and percentages of progress made towards goals. Utilized Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to Compile and distribute monthly project status reports, which included earned value analyses.
